Là nhân sự trực thuộc bộ phận Học vụ, giáo viên đảm nhận vai trò dẫn dắt chuyên môn, hỗ trợ phát triển đội ngũ và đóng góp vào chiến lược của Manabie.
As member of Academic team, teachers take on the role of professional leadership, support team development and contribute to Manabie’s strategy.
1. Triển khai Chương trình Giảng dạy & Học tập
Curriculum & Learning Delivery
- Lập kế hoạch giảng dạy và tổ chức các hoạt động phù hợp với từng nhóm học sinh.
Plan and deliver group/grade-appropriate lessons and activities for Junior High school and High school Students.
- Thực hiện chương trình giảng dạy theo kế hoạch của Manabie, bao gồm hoạt động học tập, ngoại khóa và sự kiện.
Implement Manabie’s curriculum through teaching, outdoor activities/ field trip, and events.
- Chuẩn bị học liệu, quản lý hồ sơ lớp học, kiểm tra và bảo quản tài sản theo quy định.
Prepare teaching materials, maintain classroom records, and ensure proper asset management.
- Theo dõi tiến độ học tập của học sinh và ghi nhận đánh giá định kỳ vào báo cáo hàng tháng.
Monitor student’s progress and document evaluations in monthly reports.
- Đề xuất ý tưởng, sáng tạo hoạt động và học liệu hỗ trợ giảng dạy.
Contribute creative ideas and develop teaching aids and activities.
- Cập nhật và báo cáo tình hình lớp học hằng tuần cho Ban vận hành và Nhà trường
Provide weekly updates to Operations team and school management.
- Hỗ trợ giảng dạy thay thế khi giáo viên trong hệ thống nghỉ đột xuất.
Providing substitute teaching support when teachers in the system take unexpected leave.
- Báo cáo công việc chuyên môn định kỳ theo tháng, quý, năm.
Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual professional reports.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý.
Perform other duties as assigned by management team
2. Đào tạo nội bộ
Internal Training & Mentorship
- Hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ giáo viên mới trong quá trình hội nhập và làm việc. Tổ chức các buổi chia sẻ kinh nghiệm.
Mentor and support new teachers during their onboarding and work processes. Conduct experience-sharing sessions.
- Xây dựng tài liệu hướng dẫn thực hành giảng dạy.
Develop practical teaching resources.
- Làm người cố vấn (mentor) trong chương trình phát triển nghề nghiệp nội bộ.
Serve as a mentor in the school’s internal professional development program.
3. Thiết kế và phát triển học liệu
Design and develop lesson content
- Thiết kế giáo án chi tiết và xây dựng các hệ thống slide bài giảng sinh động, sáng tạo cùng các hoạt động tương tác phong phú trong lớp học.
Formulate comprehensive lesson plans and design engaging presentation slides alongside interactive classroom activities.
4. Gắn kết phụ huynh
Parent Engagement
- Là cầu nối giữa nhà trường và phụ huynh trong các vấn đề chuyên môn.
Act as a liaison between the school and parents on educational matters.
5. Đại diện trường và tổ chức sự kiện
School Ambassador and event organisation
- Phối hợp tham dự, tổ chức các sự kiện, hội thảo do Manabie tổ chức để đào tạo kỹ năng AI của học viên, giáo viên hoặc những sự kiện liên quan
Collaborate in attending and organizing events and workshops hosted by Manabie to train AI skills for students, teachers, or related events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bằng cấp và kinh nghiệm
Qualifications
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Sư phạm, Tâm lý giáo dục, Công tác xã hội, Xã hội học, hoặc Quản lý giáo dục. Có chứng chỉ bồi dưỡng Kỹ năng sống là yêu cầu bắt buộc.
University/College graduate in Education, Educational Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or Educational Management. A life skills training certificate is a mandatory requirement.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm giảng dạy các môn KNS, kỹ năng mềm (giao tiếp, thuyết trình, làm việc nhóm).
Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching life skills, soft skills (communication, presentation, teamwork).
- Có chứng chỉ tiếng Anh/AI/STEM là một lợi thế.
Having English/AI/STEM certificates is an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Quản lý lớp tốt, nắm bắt tâm lý học sinh THCS/THPT.
Excellent classroom management skills, understanding of middle/high school student psychology.
- Nắm vững các quy định về vệ sinh và an toàn lớp học.
Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
- Khả năng tạo hứng thú, truyền cảm hứng và sáng tạo trong giảng dạy.
Ability to create enthusiasm, inspire, and be creative in teaching..
- Có khả năng hòa giải và xử lý tình huống giữa học sinh.
Ability to mediate and manage interpersonal dynamics among students.
