The Role

We are seeking a Center Onboarding & Workforce Excellence Lead to ensure that every new teaching center launches smoothly, with reliable frontline teams and minimal disruption. This role will complement our Operations Manager by focusing on multi-TE onboarding, workforce stabilisation during new launches, and scalable playbooks that accelerate time-to-productivity for new centers.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding of new centers, coordinating TE admin, teachers, and coaches to go live seamlessly.
  • Design and implement scalable onboarding playbooks that can handle multiple TE hires per center launch.
  • Work cross-functionally with Ops, Special Projects, and Growth to ensure smooth integration of processes, tools, and pedagogy.
  • Monitor first-90-days performance metrics for new centers and recommend interventions when ramp-up lags.
  • Build a bench system or part-time/backup TE pool to reduce downtime during churn or expansion.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in operations, workforce management, or multi-site launch roles (education, retail, F&B, BPO).
  • Experience designing playbooks or training programs for frontline-heavy roles.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills; thrives in fast-growth environments.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency helpful.
