The Role

We are seeking a Special Projects PM to digitise and automate workflows that reduce administrative overheads and ensure tuition fee integrity at teaching centers.

What You’ll Do

  • Automate tuition fee reconciliation (bank transfers + cash).
  • Deploy lightweight tools for attendance, comms, and reporting.
  • Standardise TE admin onboarding and SOPs.
  • Partner with Ops Lead to roll out practical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in project management or workflow automation.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code tools (Motion, Zapier, Airtable, Retool).
  • Strong process design and execution skills.
  • Vietnamese and English proficiency.

What Success Looks Like

  • Accurate reporting of subjects sold across centers.
  • Reliable revenue per student and average subjects per student tracking.
  • Better utilisation ratios via efficient admin systems for class scheduling.
