Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Lead content migration from external LMS platforms into our system by conducting detailed content analysis, defining transformation logic to enhance the learning experience for students.
- Collaborate closely with the Japan customer team to ensure a smooth, customer-centric process that minimizes back-and-forth communication between Tech and clients.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the AI-driven content digitization pipeline, including extraction, transformation, and migration of educational content (books, questions, answers, explanations) into our LMS.
- Integrate and experiment with AI/ML models for tasks such as figure detection, semantic content extraction, and other related automation workflows.
- Participate in data collection, labeling, and evaluation to improve model performance.
- Document technical processes, pipeline implementations, and related workflows to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
* Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python (or similar scripting languages) for automation, data processing, and pipeline development.
- Experience with data transformation, data processing, and handling structured/unstructured data (e.g., PDFs, images).
- Active attitude and a continuous learning mindset—proactively seek feedback, adapt to new technologies, and drive your own growth.
* Nice to have:
- Familiarity with other programming languages such as Golang.
- Experience with AI/ML pipelines, OCR, or natural language processing for content extraction.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
