Scope of Work:

The Growth Strategy Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the management for decision making by research and data analysis as well as suggesting strategic direction, reviewing all Manabie’s business performance, and identifying necessary growth improvement tasks.

Job Description:

  • Building sale processes/ workflow, collecting sale insight, and data analytics to identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement
  • Build reports, and dashboards using Google Sheet, SQL, or other scripting and statistical tools
  • Weekly and monthly KPI tracking, analysis, and reporting
  • Gather business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, or public information
  • Use business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customer segments
  • Compile business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure that all the data are effectively inputted
  • Manage and work closely with BPO vendor for recruitment and payroll management
  • Manage and work closely with Sales Admin Officer for sales administrative tasks
  • Other tasks assigned by the Head of Growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business and Operation Management; Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategy Work, or Data Analysis in a large business or a growing startup
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency with Google Sheet and SQL. Python/R or other statistical languages are a plus
  • Experience with Zoho CRM
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and challenging work environment
  • Prior experience/ proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
