  • Contract: 8 months (2 months for probation & 6 months for the full-time contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Compute monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, staff allowances, and bonuses in accordance with company policies;
  • Make monthly/periodically internal payroll reports/ costing reports, PIT reports, and other statutory reports for relevant authorities;
  • Handle HR operations and benefits administration including self-insured, group life, and medical insurance as well as expatriate, partner & director benefits administration;
  • Support Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care;
  • Package, Disciplinary Actions, etc;
  • Conduct, and prepare data for salary survey or any related report needed;
  • Manage staff database, labour contract, and overtime database;
  • Assist Managers in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc;
  • Support the Manager in preparing the annual budget;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Management;
  • Support other departments with human resources-related work when required.

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
  • Good understanding of Vietnamese labor laws.
  • Proficient in Google Suite Tools (Docs, Spreadsheets, Presentations).
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solver.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Strong ethical standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Additional HR education and certification will be a plus.
  • Additional knowledge of HRIS is a plus point.
