Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and ensure their effectiveness in meeting business requirements.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define system requirements, understand business needs, and implement solutions.
  • Develop high-quality code and configure Salesforce systems for enhanced functionality and user experience.
  • Conduct system integrations and data migration activities to ensure continuity and efficiency across platforms.
  • Provide technical support, addressing and resolving any issues in real-time to minimize business impact.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features, best practices, and integration patterns.
  • Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, and other Salesforce administrative functions.
  • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of third-party solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce engineer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce OEM customization.
  • Experience with Salesforce development technologies including Apex and Lightning Components.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
