About Manabie
Manabie is reimagining after-school learning across Southeast Asia. With teaching centers as our primary model, we partner with center owners to deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable learning. Our mission is to build a sustainable education ecosystem where teachers thrive, parents trust, and students succeed.
The Role:
We are seeking a Head of Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships to position Manabie as the most trusted and future-ready education partner in Vietnam. This role is focused on public affairs, ecosystem alliances, and pedagogy IP acquisition — building the conditions and differentiation that allow our commercial team to scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Manabie’s public affairs and regulatory engagement with MOET, provincial departments, and education policymakers to build credibility and goodwill.
- Develop ecosystem-level alliances with teacher associations, women’s unions, universities, and NGOs to drive awareness and adoption of compliant after-school models.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure pedagogy IP partnerships (e.g., Singapore Math, Jolly Phonics, STEM curricula) that strengthen Manabie’s product and justify premium pricing.
- Represent Manabie at industry forums, conferences, and working groups to elevate brand perception.
- Provide intelligence on regulatory changes, education reforms, and tax enforcement trends that impact center owners.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years in public affairs, ecosystem partnerships, or government engagement in Vietnam.
- Proven ability to navigate policy stakeholders and influence at the ecosystem level.
- Experience with curriculum or pedagogy licensing preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency required.
What Success Looks Like:
- MOET/local regulatory bodies recognise Manabie as a trusted, compliant partner.
- Signed pedagogy IP partnerships that drive premium revenue per subject.
- Ecosystem alliances that provide warm entry points and reduce dependence on cold calls.
- Early visibility into regulatory shifts, enabling Manabie to adjust ahead of enforcement.
Why Join Us:
- Shape the future of education policy and partnerships in Vietnam.
- Bring global pedagogies to local students at scale.
- Build an ecosystem around teaching centers that makes growth easier, faster, and more sustainable..
